I don't think it has any fuses, let alone for each element.
Most likely the element is burned out or there is some discontinuity (broken wire or bad connection) in the supply of power to the element.
You can remove the element and test it for continuity (resistance check using a multimeter). If it is open circuit, then it is definitely the element and needs replacing.

I have a blanco oven E815T1 BOSE166W2, always seem to have trouble with it. Although I have had it about 6 years, used it only about 20 times. Replaced the clock last time, now the heating light will not...

The simplest answer is usually the right one n this case.
Check the fuses!!!
I am willing to bet money (and in a way I am, because you won't pay for a solution that is wrong) that it is simply one of the fuses.
Be sure to replace the fuse with the same voltage / amperage rating and type (for example, don't replace a slo-blow with a regular fuse)

4 elements, 2 top , 1 back, 1 bottom. remove covers in oven to see rear and bottom if they heat.
possibly selector switch fault.

White powdery stuff inside the oven, now no heat

It sounds like the oven element has blown.
The powdery stuff you refer to is the insulation of the element that has blown out.
You will have to fit a new element.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

The main oven is not working, no fan or heat could this be a fuse? Stopped spontaneously, top oven and grill are working perfectly, only 2 years old. thank you

This sound like the heat element for the main oven is burnt out, replace the main heating element and this should correct the problem.
