Hello Tom,

Symantec provides a removal tool. You can find it at:

http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-072215-0522-99

Hope this helps.

Thanks for using Fixya.

Unfortunately Norton does not do what it claims it could..You need some anti spyware program in order to get rid of this trojan.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Give Malware Bytes a chance to clean your system. Generally it'll kill just about anything.

Post your results back here and/or any issues you had with installation and scanning so we may further assist.
