Make sure the sound card is enable in the bois, then try a bois update, from epox.com, restart you system press f2 or delete which ever gets you in to the bois, then chek under integrated pher or chipset for a anything that has to with onboard sound, should fix you problem, or take it to your nearest pc repair shop for free qoute
