Whirlpool duet GGW9250PW2 not drying effectively. We run on more dry setting.

Sometimes blower wheels will get loose in dryers. Sometimes they will get a whole lump of lint in them or you can hear a rattling noise in the dryer, this is the blower wheel, its worn out and it can cause the fuse to blow too,or it can half *** work and take fifty forever's to dry the clothes.Or it could be just that the dryer needs a good blowing out .I use a lawn blower to get all the lint out of the dryer as well as the vent pipe and vent to outside. I take the filter HOUSING out and wash it also. That is, I remove the housing and clean is good! Making sure that the dryer is properly flowing air is a good thing!

My samsung rant fell in some water is their any way to fix that or no

disassemble it as much as you can. leave it in a dry warm environment for about a week to dry out. put it back together in about a week. charge up the battery and power it up. cross your fingers it may work.

p.s. was it on when it fell in the water ?

Working one day the next not blowing hot air only warm taking ages to dry washing but will dry the make is hotpoint aquirius

Sounds like your problem may be with the heating coil or the thermistor/thermostats.
If you plan to try to repair the problem yourself, then the first thing you want to do is unplug the dryer from the electric.
Remove the back of the machine and try to locate the air tube going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside the air tube you will find the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistor.
Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with an ohm meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty.
Check the thermistor/thermostat by removing the wires from them, tape the wires together with electrical tape and try to run the machine and see if it heats up, if it does then you need to replace the thermistor/thermostat.
DO NOT LEAVE THE WIRES TAPED TOGETHER this is dangerous, as you have no safety if the drum belt breaks, this could cause a fire.
Good Luck,
Hope this helps

Model DLE7177RM, takes about 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. Dryer is NOT overloaded.

Does the dryer heat up or is it just cool air drying the clothes ? If it does actually dry the clothes eventually then it sounds like it is heating up. First thing to check would be exhaust hose. Is warm air blowing out of it ? If warm you got heat. If cool then your heating element isn't working. It should be fairly strong current of very warm air. If weak but warm, then somewhere between lint filter and end of hose you have a blockage caused by lint buildup or hose is bent and blocking air flow. Check hose first. You can disassemble lint trap and go beyond the lint screen into metal duct within dryer and clean with a long brush and vacuum. You can also disconnect exhaust duct flexible hose at back of dryer and work through metal duct from that end too. If you notice increased air flow then it should solve problem,

Dryer takes too long to dry a load

Have you checked the lint screen? pull the lint screen out and remove the lint then hold flat and pour water on it. Does the screen hold the water or does the water flow through? If it holds water, then you must actually clean the film that has coated the screening material. Use dish soap and scrub lightly then rinse clean. and check again.
