Question about Microsoft Windows 98 for PC
Reboot Windows 98, and press F8 repeatedly, until you get the white-and-black boot-screen. Select Safe Mode.
After Windows has booted, click Start.
Click Control Panel.
Select the video-adapter.
Shutdown & reboot.
Windows 98 will "found new hardware" for the video-adapter.
Change the resolution to something that works.

You need to make sure you have your graphic card drivers installled first.
You may need to update them
