Question about Dell Wireless Keyboard Optical Mouse w0147

1 Answer

I lost the owners manual for how to set up the dell wireless keyboard and mouse. I believe that there is a certain order i must have them found by the computer and the buttons on the back of both items must be pressed in a certain amount of time? I can't, for the life of me, remember how to get it to work. I just got the mouse to be found, but the keyboard is still not showing up.

I have a new Dell Inspiron 530s and upgraded to the S510 silver wireless mouse and keyboard. I have been unable to set the system up because I can't get the mouse to work. I called Dell and they told me...

Certainly, its true... First make your system up with wired mouse and keyboard and then try installing wireless mouse and keyboard drivers on it... it's only for first time and after that you can use your wireless mouse and keyboard as default...
