Question about Bugaboo Cameleon Jogger
We have a 2006 Bugaboo Cameleon, which cost over £700. The other day, the locking chassis stopped working. It now won't fold down, nor unlock. From a search on the internet, I found out that this is a common fault on the 2006 model and well known to Bugaboo. Despite complaining, Bugaboo won't do anything about it and told us to buy a new chassis for £200. The customer service is appalling for such a big company and a pram at that price should be expected to last more than 3 years (now our second child doesn't have a working pram). The folding chassis never worked properly and I would urge prospective parents to avoid the Bugaboo brand. They don't have a service centre, nor a UK office and our supplier (The Baby, Wilmslow) has gone bust!
