F06 is a Drive Motor Tachometer Error (Unable to Detect Motor Speed).

Disconnect mains power and unplug unit. Check the wire harness connections between drive motor and Motor Control Unit (MCU), and then between MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU).

Reconnect mains power and switch the unit on. Check the MCU by looking for operation of the drive motor and check drive motor for cyclic powered rotation. Replace any failed component.

Note: If this failure occurs during high speed spin, the door will be unlocked after three minutes

Flashes error code F06
Check the wire harness that goes to all your connectors on the Motor, MCU, and CCU. I have seen a loose wire connector do this F06 error.

If all checks ok, then its a faulty CCU that needs to be replaced. Here is the part.

Indesit 123 FAULT F06
I had this error and engineer said the meaning of the codes on the web are wrong as they don't like to disclose their real code meanings for pure protectionism reasons. F06 on IWD7145 is a burnt out door interlock IDC error. He replaced the part number C00085194 (replacement door interlock) and microritardator part number 085194 and it works ok now.
