Question about Toshiba Tecra M1 PC Laptops
My Tecra M1 has a crackling sound coming from the speakers, it doesnt matter what the volume is set to. if you tap or move the laptop the noise goes briefly
More likely the volume control wheel on the front of the laptop has been bashed and damaged, try pushing in - lifting - pushing down on the wheel and holding while playing some music. If you can get music to play properly you have found the problem.
