i have downloaded tomtom on my mio 168 and cannot get signal from satellite. any suggestions please.
Help! I have a P550, loaded with Tom Tom 6, unfortunately it will not find the GPS. The current setting is software port = com2 and hardware = com3, 'other nmea' and baud 4800. On these settings I get 'no valid gps signal' but changing the coms about i get 'no gps system' so it seems as if its searching. It runs the original Miomap installation fine, and so the unit itself must be ok. Anyone any ideas please?

-   My Sky Caddie has been having trouble finding a satellite. Sometimes it will find it about an hour after I turn it on. I noticed that the signal bars are at the most 2 bars when it is found.
The last two times I have played golf it never found the satellite. I have reset the GPS many times and it still does not work.
-   I was on vacation and the unit worked fine until i got up to leave and come home and the unit couldn't detect a gps signal

-   Worked fine one morning, stopped and put in a new destination. It hasn't found a satellite signal since. Have tried restore factory settings and update but no change.
