Question about Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse VSBX300008
I stored the usb plug in the bottom of my mouse& now the red light wont come on. I changed the battery and it worked one time then after I stored it again the mouse will not work again
It sounds like the mouse is not shutting off as it should when the USB adapter is being stored.
If the mouse is less than a year old, take it back to where you bought it as faulty and ask for a replacement.
If it's older, you'll have to take the batteries out each time you finish using it. I know this is a pain, but small, modern electronic devices just arent designed to be repaired ! Sorry.
