Question about HP OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Trying to reprogram HP7310 to accept cartridges which are numbered differently in New Zealand than in UK where we bought the printer. NZ cartridges fit but printer (correctly) identifies the cartridge number & tells us that it's incorrect. Annoying. Why can't HP just have same number codes worldwide?! Have tried phoning HP helpline but nobody seems to be able to help.

Not really a solution but.....spent hours on the phone to HP helpdesk & then they were also having to explain how we could log in to help website. Eventually we managed to get the issue sorted (the cartridges work & printer isn't giving us an error message) but still not quite sure how - just had to follow endless instructions (lots didn't work). Probably was a case of patience & getting through to someone who could actually help with the problem. So all OK - until next time the cartridges need changing! Thanks anyway.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What can I do to use original cartridges for my HP C310. Europe origianl part is XL364. New Zealand, original cartdridges are XL564. My printer is not accepting XL564 cartridges.

Unfortuately if your printer won't accept the XL54, you can't do anything except to get the XL364.

If this won't work, I see no way to override or "appeal" rejection.

you should contact HP and ask THEM

Swift code for kiwi bank in invercargill new zealand

If the sender wants to make a payment to your Kiwibank account from their bank's internet banking, there may not be enough fields for them to enter both Kiwibank's details and Citibank New Zealand's SWIFT code. In these cases, the 'Kiwibank Limited' details can be left out, but the sender must make sure they quote the '38' at the start of your account number. The '38' identifies your account as a Kiwibank account, so Citibank New Zealand know where to send your money.
If the sending bank has an existing relationship with another New Zealand bank, they may choose to send the funds through that bank instead of Citibank New Zealand. The funds will still be credited to your Kiwibank account, but the fee deducted by other New Zealand banks may be higher than the fee we charge through Citibank New Zealand.
You may be asked to provide extra information, like BSB numbers, sort codes, routing codes or IBAN numbers - these are just different terms used overseas for bank, branch and account numbers. Your full Kiwibank account number starting with '38' includes these details.
Account name: The full name of your Kiwibank account
Account number Your account number is 15 digits in total.
Receiving Bank: Citibank N.A, 23 Customs St, Auckland, New Zealand
SWIFT code*: CITINZ2X
Correspondents: Use Citibank NZ correspondents for all currencies
Other information/reference: Include 'forward to Kiwibank'
* The SWIFT code belongs to Citibank New Zealand, which accepts payments on behalf of Kiwibank.

Are the memory cards for this machine still available? I purchased this model second hand and memory card 102 is missing and i would like to purchase it. I live in NZ

hi,
you will find ebay the best place to find card accessories for this machine. i have found heaps of cards for the 9000, including the 102. look for numbers with 3 digits for the 9000, 2 digits are for the older 8000, though they will work for the 9000 they are smaller and simpler designs.
ENHMC is another card label that works in our machines, made by amazing designs as after market cards. There are scanners and things second hand but they are a bit difficult. i find i get heaps of designs that you just pop in the machine.

HP Print cartridges are unrecognised

Hi,

I understand your concern, the cause for this problem is you are trying to install the cartidges which belongs to different zone. This is due to regionalization of the cartridges. As you have bought the printer from UK you should get the cartridges from that zone only.

Click here to know which zone UK belongs and which cartridge is compatible with your printer. From the link you can find UK belongs to zone 2 and New zealand belongs to zone 1. So return the uncompatible cartridges and replace it with zone 2 cartridges.

Change Region On Printer

You will need to contact HP at the support number they provided, tell them that you have a US region printer and need it reset to the UK. The cartridge numbers are different and a US region printer will not accept UK cartridges.

They can do the reset over the phone and there should not be any charge for this. You will need to be at your computer as they will need to have you send some commands to the printer. The reset procedure is not available through the online chat.

This will only need to be done once, after the reset procedure the printer will properly accept the UK cartridges (but no longer accept US cartridges....).
