replace ribbon mask and check ....reomve the head and check any pin broken or what if broken means you can repair it or replace new head..... for clear print u can do the head gape adjustment but its require a experiance person to do this ......

If printhead and white cable are ok what other causes printer pin not print

How do I make a test page for my printer to check color.

You need to clarify :
1. Your printer cannot print color even though it prints color well from a test page;
2. Your printer cannot print color in a test print page.

If it is the first one, then you have to set it properly in Window Print Configuration page of that printer;
If it is the second one, then you have to check whether you have installed the color ink cartridge properly in the printer. If the color ink cartridge is installed properly, try to replace another new color ink cartridge. Finally it is still not work, then you have to bring back to the repair center.

whaen you give print out choose the proper printer and remove unwanted printer form the system .and when u giving the print command make sure you choosen proper option like slides,handout and the current page accordingly give the option and see how is the print preview.

Says "document failed to print" constantly after printing half of 1st page

first u check the cable of the printer to system connected properly from both end if not then connect properly , after that problem not solved then change the cable and try if the printer is working then the old cable is faulty , if the printer not ok then uninstall the printer driver from system and restart the system then after restarting the system reinstall the printer driver properly by giving right port, after installing restsrt the system .
