Problem for Nokia N70 Cellular Phone
Nokia n70 is showing white blank screen
today morning as i was browsing the net through my nokia n70 it suddenly went blank. i tried to switch it off & restart it but the screen still remained white blank.i have tried charging the phone-still the same. ieven tried pressing the green colour call button+3+* simultaneously for 20 seconds,thhere was no change. i can here the sound as i switch on the phone,but there is nothing on the screen..........please tell me what it wrong &how do i fix it?

- i had taken it to one repair shop,even they told me that its some ics problem.another one told me that software is damaged.are these two the same thing? anyways thanks a lot for responding to my problem.i was scared,whether it got infected by virus......Thank youOct 10, 2009
- i was even told that it was because of the phone falling down,it did fall down but then it was functioning properly after that.Best Solution

possible the firmwar is damage or sum ics have burn because of a power spike, or brownage while it was on charge, take it to a repair shop to be checked

Sometimes after you drop your phone the ribbon cable for the lcd screen comes loose and over time you will develop a white screen
.
So if you have a blank display or just a white one, replacing the lcd screen should fix the problem.
