Refurbishing a Sony Vaio pcg k-33

I am looking to up grade my Sony, which works fine as is but I want duo-core and more ram. Do you have any idea what motherboards will fit this case and what additional power and cooling requirements would be needed?

MasterNotebook boards usually aren't interchangeable, someone with experience with sony laptops may be able to help you with a solution. Additional RAM is a great upgrade.
