This error keeps showing up. The local support are continuously guessing what it could be in relation to. Would be grateful if someone can guide me to the part that needs replacement?

Hi,

The C-4554 error identify a Laser Malfunction (K).

You could check flat cable that connect laset to logic unit.

Chech all laser K cables/connections.

If persist you have to change Lasers group.

Bye.
