First check if your device camera is properly connected..... goto your system properties then hardware then you'll see device manager button click that one.doing so will display your hardware installed or connected to your pc.....check if there is a sigh in ? sign...
another step is by installing its driver for your camera. try to donwload and install its driver. you can typr and search your driver in the intenet and try to search that one.
