Question about Honeywell Electronic Programmable Heat/Cool Thermostat - CT3300A100 Heater

2 Answers

On our honeywell trolatemp universal minizone zone 1 and zone 2 lights are green. The purge light is flashing. Heat light is red and both thermostats are set at 74 and the temperature inside is 70 degrees, why isn't the furnace turning on?

The system runs on a 2-5 minute delay. The system will also purge for a few minutes as well. Green lights mean the damper to those rooms are open. Red lights mean they are closed. The yellow light is purge. Set your temp to five degrees above your interior temp and wait about 5 minutes. Hope this helps.

It should reset itself off purge then system will come on. If not take cover off zone board and press the purge override button.

PURGE LIGHT FLASHING

It is a discharge temperature sensor and should be located in the duct after the coil. It should be just before the bypass damper.

Can't get my Simple Comfort 7890-DHW thermostat to set on heat. Tried the mode/program and have made it worse.

Push up or down arrow once. H will flash, this is heat setting. Set your temp. Then C will flash, this cool temp. Set your cool temp. After short delay stat will go back to display room temp. Red light heat is on. Green light cool is on. Hope that helps

The Zone 1 (basement) and Zone 3 (second floor; no

On the zone damper motor, there should be a little lever allowing you to open the damper for emergency heat. Probably a bad zone motor or connection.
