I would check the belt on the exhaust fan any crakes will cause wobble
if the belt is good,
you may have bto clean the fins
lastly i would have the bearings repaired

I would first clean the hood throuoghly, and then check the bearing on the fan, also check if the fan blades are bent.

Why are vent hood needed in restaurants

Powered vent hoods exhaust smoke and heat while passive hoods allow makeup air in. What goes out, must be replaced as far as air goes.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD A KITCHEN EXHAUST BE CLEANED?

The most common cleaning frequency is every 3 months. This can vary, however. The kitchen exhaust systems that need cleaning most often are those over wood-burning or charcoal-burning stoves. These should be cleaned every month at least, and in some cases as often as every 2 weeks.
Below are various types of cooking establishments and their most commonly recommended cleaning frequencies.
  • Wood-burning or charcoal-burning stoves, char broilers, 24-hour restaurants, some hamburger places: 30 DAYS.
Many hamburger restaurants and fast-food locations: 60 DAYS.
  • Average restaurant, employee cafeteria, hotel or hospital kitchen: 90 DAYS.
  • Pizza places, convalescent hospital, small snack bar, oven hood: 180 DAYS.
  • Hoods over non-grease-creating appliances, such as steam kettles, dishwashers, soup vats, etc.: ONE YEAR.
Kitchen exhaust cleaning is a standard part of the routine maintenance of any cooking establishment. All kitchen managers or restaurant owners should be aware of its role in fire prevention and ensure it is done on a regular basis.

Its either not getting fuel, poss blocked mainjet, or float needle valve, do you have a constant flow of fuel from the tank, is the bike smoking exsessivly, sounding quieter than it used to do? Maybe the exhaust has become blocked, this was a common factor on this bike, remove exhaust look up exhaust port towards piston, with the piston at the top clean the port with a sharp object scrapeing away all the unburned carbon, start bike up without exhaust and check how it runs,

Problem with cooker hood

Filters clean? Fan running? No clogs in the exhaust?

On the one hand, you want the disagreeable stuff out of the kitchen - on the other hand, you want to keep your heated or cooled home air to stay inside.
