You can try to connect it on a different memory card reader and then format it first then after that everything should be working fine....

For that go to device manager.
Right click on my computer icon then click on property then hardware then click on device manager.
then select USB driver 1 by 1 and uninstall all 1 by 1.
Then restart computer then check.
Let me know if you need more assistance.
Thanks.

  • You can use card reader for your memory stick.
Put that memory ctick in card reader.
Connect your card reader to computer with usb cable.
Then you can see your memory stick in my computer as "Removable disk."
Let me know if you need more assistance.
    Thanks.

Hi,

the device driver was not installed and not supported by your OS, even you try to install the correct driver it will not reads as a valid driver, it was OS dependent as I know it will work on bit64

Camera keeps telling me to reinsert the memory card. I've tried to new cards. When I put the memory card I was replacing because it is full, it goes back into the camera just fine.

As a last resort you could copy the full card to a computer and then delete the pictures on the card and use that again.

Here is the error list from the camera manual.
This is all I can suggest from here.

Bought used camera Sony Cyber Shot Model DSC-P32. What Memory Stick do I need?

You can use Memory Stick standard, pro or pro duo up to 2GB with the Camera.
A dedicated adapter (MSAC-M2) must be attached to use Memory Stick Duo™ or MagicGate Memory Stick Duo media.

I have provided the Memory Stick compatibility chart for your reference.

Pictures stored on card, and unable to retreive them on camera

Have you tried accessing the pictures via a card reader connected to your PC. It is possible the card is damaged and you will not be able to recover your pics. But it is worth a try. If you do not have a card reader take the card to a camera shop and see if they can see and manipulate the pics to another card, then reformat the card and reinsert it to see if it then reads anmd writes.

Memoy stick pro dou and my p900

SE P900 does not support memory stick pro duo. it' s only support MEMORY STICK DUO (w/o PRO). i have the same problem too. my p900 only live with 32MB MS DUO and there are no more MS DUO in my city (even SE's service center)
if you wanna use your MS DUO PRO, then you'll need to upgade to P990i or P1i. that's much better then P900i (newer OS, more ROM, new keypad, plus WiFi) :D
