Question about Canon iP4500 Photo Printer
Some PDF files wont print as they have print capability disabled by the author. Try printing the following PDF document as a test.
Try setting PDF to open in the Adobe Reader application, not in the browser, then print the document from the application.
If you need Adobe Reader 9.1 you can download it from the following Adobe link
Click Start - Control Panel – (Hardware and Sound) - Printers.
Right click on your printer name and select Properties
Click on the Ports tab
The current port setting for your installed printer is set to FILE: Print to File which causes forces printing the document to a file on your hard drive instead of to the printer port. Scroll through the list of available ports to find the port that your printer is connected to, typically USB, LPT1 or a network location, and check the box next to it then click OK. Then print a PDF and it should now print OK.
