Hi

This type of symptom will appear when your system windows corrupt, the windows will corrupt of following reason.

Virus attack and the your not using any Anti virus for protect the windows.
The user delete the system file,
Not select the correct boot device.

check the all reason. and sure if you are using correct boot driver after that you system keep restarting then you have to install new windows in your system.

I assumed you have the Windows XP operating system. There is a drop down that will allow you to choose other OS's.

How do you change printing status from "Stopped"?

try below things

1. switch off and on the printer
2. right click on the printer driver and select resume printing
2. uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it.

download your driver for printer then install.
Your drivers installation is corrupt so download new installation from above link.

Says "document failed to print" constantly after printing half of 1st page

first u check the cable of the printer to system connected properly from both end if not then connect properly , after that problem not solved then change the cable and try if the printer is working then the old cable is faulty , if the printer not ok then uninstall the printer driver from system and restart the system then after restarting the system reinstall the printer driver properly by giving right port, after installing restsrt the system . You can download the driver software free and burn it to a CDR from the HP website. or store the software on a flash key for safe keeping.

Maybe driver related. Do you get a blue screen or it just shuts down instantly? Try installing the latest drivers for your video card.

You have to follow the installation procedures. First, uninstall your printer. Completely uninstall it so as not to interfere with your next installation.

Now, DO NOT connect your printer yet. Install the software provided with your printer by running the setup program. Now, when the software is installed, the installer will prompt you to CONNECT the printer so that your OS will configure its first use. Just follow onscreen instructions. Then restart your PC.

Also, if the above dont work, try to run Windows Update to get recent updates and fix bugs.
