Question about Clarion DXZ575USB CD Player
I can not get my cousins unit to recognize 'new' music that was added to the thumb drive. It still has the music that it had on it and it plays fine. It just acts like there is no new music on the drive. All files come from the same source and is in mp3 format.
Make sure that the music you're adding is going into a subfolder. Don't copy music files to the root of the drive. For example, put all the old music in "F:\Folder 1\" and put the new stuff in "F:\Folder 2\". Then when you plug the drive in to the USB port and it loads, press the up/down arrow on the right side of the unit to navigate folders, and the slider to navigate tracks. Took me awhile to figure that out!
