Question about Garden
Husqvarna 650 21 RS (650 Series push mower self-propelled) will start and stay cranked for about a minute. Replaced spark plug to see if that did the trick and it didn't.
May be a blockage in the carburetor. If it's a briggs motor or tecumseh motor on it, check the flywheel key. On a briggs if the key is sheared you'll have no spark at all. If it's a Tecumseh and the key is sheared, you'll probably have spark, but this throws the timing off and could possible show signs of wanting to start, but may be pulling the pull cord handle out of your hand when it tries to catch. Be very careful of this. Tecumseh will give you a spark but if the key is sheared then it'll be the timing. Also, check the brake band on the flywheel and make sure the ground wire isn't off or shorted. Good luck.
