Question about Admiral AW22 Top Load Washer
High probability that an object, that had escaped notice during loading of clothes, has been "tossed" over board the wash tub into the outer tub. Most washing machines are constructed this way (two tubs, one move-able, one stationary) to prevent this object toss, but somehow they still get tossed. Solution is to remove the object and methods vary from simple (use magnet snake retriever if object is magnetic) or use mechanical snake retriever (has tiny pliers at far end of wire) to extreme by removing inner tub.
