Acer Extensa 4620z ... My switch in the front to enable the wireless card is broken. i can turn it one with a toothpick but is there a setting so it will come on or stay enabled? its a pain to find something small enough to stick in the little whole and I'm told the repair is more than i can spend in this economy

The switch simply turns the radio on and off, if it can stay in the on position just leave it in the on position. It should stay enabled if the radio is "on". There really is no reason to keep rurning the radio on and off. If you need to disable it, then just go to the device manager and disable it there. The switch is a pain to replace, first you have to find the right one, then the soldering of the switch is another battlle all to itself.
