Hi, I hope you can help, I turned on my XDA Orbit this morning and it cant load past the first screen which is a HTC smart mobility screen with my system info on it, which is

IPL 3.04.0001
SPL 1.11.0000
GSM 02.98.90
OS 4.1.0.7
I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset but neither have helped. I cant connect to it via active sync either. please help
