Question about HP Photosmart C4180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Completely uninstall the printer in Add/Remove Hardware option in Control Panel.
Unplug printer from the computer.
Unplug printer from power source for approximately 15 minutes to clear printer's cache memory.
Reboot your computer.
Then, follow the printer manufacturer's instructions and do a fresh install of the software for your printer.
This should solve your problem.
