in this case the camera doesn't have a usb for direct conection to the pc. you need a video card with video in it will have a yellow RCA conection. and you will need a program like BLAZE MEDIA PRO, using this method you will strem the video to the pc in real time . it means you havto use the RCA cable you use to plug the camcorder to the TV, connect the yellow color to the back of pc if you have the proper video input. for the audio you will need a 3.5mm cable (like headphone jack) it end in female RCA (RED - WHITE) this will go to the headphone input, or to the line in. depending on the pc.
IF you dont have a video card with video in, you need a Video Capture card.( it will have the 3 RCA conections) and it will include software to record from camera to pc.

let say you were able to connet the camera using any of the two options.
