Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Clean the contacts of your cartridge and as well as the contacts inside of the printer for the cartridge.then try to print again. if it does not work try resetting the printer. to reset the printer unplug the power cord at the back of the printer and before you plug it in press and hold # and 6 at the same time which is the semi-full nvram reset keys.once you plug the power cord back in wait for the printer to say semi-full nvram reset or reset.make sure that you did not turn off the printer before you unplug it.
