Rheem Paloma tankless computer? No error code? One possible cause; Crossover caused by bad single handle faucet cartridge drawing cold water into line causing shut down of tankless burner?

Thermostat flashes IL ? Model PTG-53PVN

The Controller displays error code "1L."
There is a build-up of lime in your Paloma.
Contact your plumber to service the Paloma by flushing out the lime.
Also search u-tube for flushing lime out of tankless.

My paloma tankless water heater will shut off in the middle of a shower

I am not sure if this is it but I had mine at too high of a temperature therefore I was not using enough volume of hot water to keep the heater on. They have a minimum amount of flowrate to sustain. Try turning the water temp down to 125-130. Hope this helps

Paloma tank less water heater flashes code C4 13 and we have no hot water?how to fix it?

I had the same problem with my Paloma a year and a half after installation...contacted Rheem customer service (800-432-8373) and they recommened a local installer in my area. The technican diagnosed the problem as the "flow control valve"; he managed to get Rheem/Paloma to cover the part under warranty...I only had to shell out the money for the install.

Paloma PTG 74PVN Tankless Water Heater

did you check the filters on the the water valves, i am not exactly sure about your codes that are shoeing but if you could read it and post them, i know on some of the units 76 means there is low water pressure and the filters are behind 2 caps one on each side above the shut off valve take off the caps and remove the screens, clean them and replace them ,, make sure you turn off the water on both side first or you will get wet
