Question about Canon PIXMA MP470 All-in-One Printer
Remove cartridges and blow on the gold contacts on them. do not touch the contacts this is your print head. When you cleaned them if you used liquid on them then they are ruined. Re-install them, if you still get this message replace the one with the flashing light. My canon has a flashing light in the cartridge that will tell you which one to replace, yours should have the same.
