How to take out blower motor on 1995 Chevy 1500 silverado 4x4

Sounds like two problems. No high speed could be the blower relay located by the blower motor. The blower motor is located under the dash on the passenger side of truck. You may need to take off the sound kick panel to see the motor. It is connected with 4 screws to the housing. Take out the screws and it should come out.

Blower control switch

do have any power on either wire going to the blower. the power runs from the fuse block through a relay, to the blower, to the resistor block and finally to the dash control. of you have power only on one side of the blower replace the blower. if you have no power at the blower replace the relay.

Hope this helps.
