Question about Goodman GMS90703BXA Heater
GMPN068-3 , S#9986626997, installed 2000. Getting 3 blinks, pressure switch. Checked hose for blockage, cracks- fine. Checked vent for blockage-fine. Ventor not coming on, all rollouits and limits OK. Ventor motor works fine when plugged in. Replaced pressure switch, still nothing, 3 flashes still on. Is board screwed ?
If you have replaced the fuse and you can turn the fan on and off from the thermostat then the transformer is fine. If your a/c works then your transformer is fine. The error code could be a small blockage in the port to the pressure switch and not the switch its self. If you take the hose off form the furnace and poke a small wire in to that port and you should feel it break through then put the hose back on and try turning the furnace on again.
If the inducer never come on. It is most likely that the circuit board is not sending the signal to the inducer. Being that it is a Goodman furnace depending on the age of it it may be better to replace it then to fix it you may need the heat exchanger inspected. You can tell if it is the board if you have a volt meter and disconnect the leads on the board to the inducer if you have 120 volts its not the board if you don't have voltage it is the board.
If the humidifier is still connected take it off, the wires that is. Then the inducer is the motor that has the vent screwed down to it. Then follow the wires back to the board and take those two wires off and measure the voltage at the board. Make sure to have the furnace unplugged whenever you are taking the wires on and off. If you have 115v there the board should be ok, but my feeling about it is that the board and humidifier has been blown. But because the signal light is still coming on you have not have blown the transformer.
Let me know, if need further assistance.
Hope i helped you.

Yes - 3 blinks is an error with the pressure switch.
You say you "checked the hose - but did you blow it out?
If the hose is clear, and you have replaced the pressure switch - the board has failed and needs to be replaced.
