Question about Televison & Video
I have a Magnavox 32'' LCD, the main menu keeps displaying on the screen. When I try to exit, it exits for a second then come back. Does anyone know how to exit this annoying menu??? I called Magnavox tech support, they told me they are not sure and my LCD TV is more than 1 year old, I don't have extended warranty so they can not help me.

It means that some kind of parental control feature has locked you out of the On Screen Display menu. You will have to consult your manual (possibly online) to figure out how to reset the password.
Although it is possible some other kind of malfunction could cause you to lose menu control, this is the most likely cause.
