I have a homlite chainsaw with a zama c1q h17d carburetor and need the correct fuel line routing including the oil pressurising line

One fitting on the Carb is a bit higher than the other.
The Upper one is for the Gas return when you press the Primer bulb. The Lower one is for the Gas intake...the gas line with the Filter on the end.
Is thee a small fitting for the Pressurizer on the small spacer??

My Homlite chainsaw will not start. There is fuel coming out of the of the bar. It ran for a while, maybe three or four small jobs. The saw will not start. Although I am no expert I did work for Magneto...

You stated that there is fuel coming out of the bar, If this is the case fuel has gotten into the bar oil tank. Drain the bar oil tank and the fill with bar oil then drain the fuel tank and fill with fresh fuel.

I replaceed spark plug, and still on spark. Whats next? (poulan 4218) chainsaw

Remove the flywheel side cover to expose the flywheel and ignition module. Check the flywheel magnets to ignition module gap with a thin business card for a gauge. If ok, remove the grounding wire that goes to the ignition switch and try for spark again. If still nothing, it's new module time. If removing the grounding wire got it to spark, replace the ignition switch or perhaps the grounding wire has shorted out on it's way to the ignition switch. Hope this helps!

No spark from spark plug

New Saw? Warranty time
Electronic ignition? Replace entire module. Pinched wire to metal case part for ignition switch. Permanently shorted ignition switch--replace.

You may have a difficult time finding those. I would go to the local mower shop and get an electronic ignition module and replace it with that. It will probably cost less than the points and condenser and make the saw more reliable too.

Please rate if this helps-
