I'm not sure on the Rockwell, but here's a link to a manual for a Rockwell-Delta 10" Tilting Arbor Unisaw, circa 1969 which seems about right for a 34-466.

If that's not quite right, there a couple other manuals for old Rockwell saws here.

If you navigate to this link and scroll down to the radial arm saw section you'll find several 10" Craftsman pdf manuals available for download. If you take a look at your model number, you might even find the right one, but in any case, they mostly adjust in pretty much the same way, and I think you'll find what you need there.
