I have a Dell 22" monitor that after a few minutes goes Black. I can see the images faintly in the background but still Black. The power light stays green like I said I can see images moving. I turn the monitor on and right back on and the picture is perfect again for a few sec to a few minutes. Every time I turn it off and back on it shows such a pretty picture . It has to be something simple and not enough to just give up on this monitor. Please Help me . It's for my 2 year old son can watch his movies and I can get my TV back. Please Please Please Help me . Terrible 2's are not easy as it is so help me .
If the monitor has power and you are able to see a very faint picture then 1 of 2 items needs to be replaced. 1 The inverter board needs to be replaced *most likely cause* 2. back light lamps have burnt out
