I suggest he waits a bit change the paper tray he is using ,as in use the side way but if the problem goes with both the trays then he should seek further assistance from a qualified person to configure the machine well or he should follow the operations manual book for clues to rectify the problem as it may be just a simple command thats he is not reaching for the machine to work as it is not commanded in the rightful way

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

OP error

Have you added toner recently?? If the copier is just running and then shows code you may have to install a new toner. The soft ware is different in different contries and the codes are all not the same meaning. I would cheak the toner first..
