Can the charger be plugged into 240V AC

On a light switch or dimmer? Hell no!

You can't plug anything into 240 volts AC unless it is a 240 volts appliance. The exception is dual voltage chargers and these will be clearly marked albeit in tiny text on the charger itself.

It will say something like;
Input 100 to 220 volts AC - Output 5 volts DC - 200 MA.

Interior lights

This is both a courtesy and safety issue on many high end vehicles. The light from the interior lights can cast enough light to get to front door and possibly show dangers in your path. And after first getting into you car and starting it, you can check the back seat for any unwanted hitchhikers. As for the 10 minute timer, I don't know if this can be adjusted. A Chiltons/Haynes repair manual for you car may have that answer, or, the Buick dealership shop foreman. Best of luck.

I want t replace a mb2x40/120 rs ballast with a 120 277v electronic ballast how do i wire it

A fluorescent light ballast is a transformer that outputs a higher voltage than the input (120 volts). The electrocution hazard is very real.
Practically all ballasts have a drawing printed on the label. As a master electrician I still need the drawing to install them properly. Electronic ballasts should have a black and white wire for input voltage. The output to the lamps will be some combination of: red, yellow, blue.
The new ballast must also be matched to the type of lamp. Old fluorescent lamps were T12 (refers to the diameter). New lamps are T8 and produce more lumens with lower amperage.

This morning the power went off briefly. When the power came back on, the monitor screen would not light up. All connections are good, and the power light at the bottom left of the monitor turns green...

Go check the backlight inverter lamp, replace if busted.
This can be found when you open the back of your lcd and manage to get access to it.
The backlight inverter lamp is located at the upper and lower part of the screen.
Go check also the inverter board, the one that suppply high voltage to inverter lamp, see if this ballast transformer are not burnt out.
The input voltage of the inverter board is 24vdc the output is 250v ac..The voltage input terminal of the inverter board usually creates a loose solder. Use a soldering iron to resolder them....

4 lamp t5 fixture, 1 black wire, 1 white wire, 1 red wire. how do I wire this

Don't forget this is a 240v appliance so it must be fed from a 240v circuit breaker. Once you have a 240v circuit breaker you need to run 12/3 wire with ground from circuit breaker to a box near your fixture. The 12/3 wire with ground will have; 1 black, 1 white, 1 red and a bare ground wire. With the circuit breaker OFF, hook the wires up respectively to the same colors and ground the bare wires togather with a green ground screw in the box. Turn circuit breaker on.

JVC DLP MOD#HD55G466 what is the voltage from power supply to ballast and into the lamp.I have no voltage to the lamp could it be ballast?

Ballast board gets voltage from power supply connector CN90BL and volts readings are as follows:
Pin-1 = 380V DC
Pin-2 = Ground
Pin-3 = 15V DC
and output of ballast board would be 12,000 volts AC that goes to lamp to generate spark in its electrodes to produce high bright light.

If you get volts on input of ballast board but still lamp does not fire up then ballast board is not working.
Ballast board part number is QAL0765-001 and available with for $125
Hope these info will help you.

Mitsubishi 52525 TV Red Lamp LED

340v should be on power pwb plug PL on the 1 and
5 (GND) pins for the ballast. and the ballast plug CN should also have the 340V with pin 1 of that plug being GND nd pin 3 should have the 340V If the PL plug on the power board is low the power pwb has a problem most likely the doubler circuit. If CN plug voltage is high say 360V the ballast is suspect.

Not coming on, lights blink, but nothing happens

First thing to check is the bulb. On the back of the set is a hatch with four black screws. There is a TT symbol on that hatch, open it and you'll see the black lamp housing over the ballast circuit board. Remove the silver screw on the left of the housing and pull the aparatus straight out. It may stick a little, don't be afraid to give it a tug or two. Check the bulb, the part of the filament that burns is inside the glass tube that is near the base of the bulb bowl. If it looks broken or burned. Replace the bulb. Ebay sells them for about $100 or less. I've never had a problem with OSRAM vs Phillps, so whichever. Phillips is better but OSRAM does work too.
Sometimes you buy the bulb with the housing sometimes not. Its pretty easy to replace the bulb. You-tube it. Reverse the dismantle and see if it comes on. If not, we move onto the color wheel and ballast. Email me if this doesn't fix your problem and I'll help you move onto the next step.
Good luck.
