Question about SmartDisk 250GB SMARTDISK CROSSFIRE EXT Hard Drive
I seem to have lost the power lead with the funny pins arrangement. Is it possible to obtain a replacement lead please?
Yes it is, might be more cost affective to just buy another compatible enclosure for $40 or less and move it inot replacement case.

Front Panel Header pin assignments as follows:
Pins 2 + 4 = Power Led
Pins 6 + 8 = Power Switch
Pins 12 + 14 = LAN Activity Led
Pins 1 + 3 = HDD Led
Pins 5 + 7 = Reset Switch
Pin 9 = +5v
Pins 11 + 13 = ODD Led
Pin formation is as below with no pin in position 10.
2 4 6 8 10 12 14
1 3 5 7 9 11 13
You will probably need to extend the Front Panel connector cable to reach the header pins on a replacement motherboard - I did this with 2 x N76HL 10 pin extension cables (male to female) from Maplin.
