How do I get my computer to turn on it is saying no signal?

1st, it is the monitor that says, "No Signal." That being; is the actual computer turned on?

If it has a green / red power light and you can hear the hard drive and fan running inside the computer case, then check the cable that runs from the back of your monitor to the back of your computer's case.

It may be disconnected of just bad.

If you cannot hear any noise inside the computer case or there is no power light on, then check the electrical cord in back of the computer's case to the wall. If that is good, check to see if there is a light switch that turns that socket on and off.

How do i get my thinkvison to get out of power saving mode

I do not know how many Thinkvision models are out there, but here is a site that offers manuals you can read online or download.
This is just a page from the manual I found. Here is a link to the manual I found. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/91948/Lenovo-Thinkvision-E54.html#manual
THIS MONITOR WILL APPEAR TO BE NON-FUNCTIONAL IF
THERE IS NO VIDEO INPUT SIGNAL. IN ORDER FOR THIS
MONITOR TO OPERATE PROPERLY, THERE MUST BE A VIDEO
INPUT SIGNAL.
This feature is designed to conserve electrical energy by reducing power
consumption when there is no video input signal present.when there is no
video input signal present. When there is no video input signal, this monitor,
following a time-out period, will automatically switch to an OFF mode. And the
LED will turn orange. This reduces the monitor's internal power supply
consumption. After the video input signal is restored, full power is restored
and the display is automatically redrawn. The appearance is similar to a
"Screen Saver" feature except the display is completely off. The display is
restored by pressing a key on the keyboard, or clicking the mouse. Lenovo ThinkVision E54 User Manual

Dell inspiron 530 desktop won't boot, fan is running, no signal on monitor

It sounds like either your monitor or video card inside the computer is bad.

If the monitor is showing the "No Input Signal" message then the video card inside the computer is bad. The monitor is ok otherwise it would not be able to display the No Input Signal message.

When you plug in the power cord is there any lights whatsoever on the laptop, where the plug goes in or on the AC Adapter of the power cord?

When you press the power button do you hear fans running, hard drive spinning, lights on the computer, hear any beeps or lights constantly blinking, hear the DvD/CD drive click and the light on the drawer of the DvD/CD turn on for a second or two? If so the computer is trying to boot or may have booted, but the screen is not showing for some reason.

Beep tones and blinking lights tells the technicians what is going on with the laptop and why it is not booting. Most times it's a motherboard issue when you hear beeps or blinking lights continuous. Most times the problem is with the memory or Video Card. Count the Blinking Lights or Beeps and take note of their pattern (1 Long or 1 Long followed by 2 Short).

Maybe you have a Static Charge Buildup. Remove the Power Cord, then Press and Hold the power button for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug the power cord back in and hit the power button to see if it boots.

Maybe your memory is bad or the memory slot is bad.

Remove the Power Cord, Open the Case and remove one of the memory chips. Set the chip aside then try rebooting the computer. If it boots, then you know the memory chip you set aside is bad so mark an x on it with an ink pen. If it fails to boot then move the chip to the next memory slot and try rebooting. If it fails take the chip out and set it aside, then put the other chip in and try booting it in both slots. If it boots, just to verify that the chip set aside is bad, mark an x on it and put it into the open memory chip slot and try booting.

Dropped keyboard. Now display on monitor says 1. Analog input in power save mode - press any key or move mouse to turn on. I have done both, neither works. I have turned off system and I see it rebooting...

Hello,

the message Analog input in power save mode means that your monitor is not getting a signal from your computer.

Maybe you moved the video cable while reconnecting your keyboard? check both ends of your video cable.

If you have a DVI cable, then your monitor has to be switched to digial input.

I hope this helps.

When I turn the computer on it goes into digital power save and windows does not load

The monitor is going into power-save mode because it's not receiving a video signal from your computer. Are you turning on the computer at the monitor or on the tower? If you're turning the tower on are you hearing any noise (i.e. fans running, beeps, drives spinning, etc.)? Does the power light on the tower come on and stay on? If not you may have a bad power supply or other hardware issue.

My desktop monitor direct go in power save mode.so please solve it as soon as possible its urgent

power save mode indicates no input signal. Check the input signal with a known good monitor. if the signal is good then dell monitor is faulty. Power cycle (unplug the power then plug it back in) the monitor to reset to factory and if it still goes directly into power save mode the unit is faulty.

My tv turns off after I turn it on.

This is most likely because the TV is going into "Power Save" mode. It is not detecting any signal on the input it is set for. When you first power it on, make sure there is a signal to the input that you have selected. This normally takes about 30 seconds, but if the TV is set for the VGA input it can happen quite quickly.

While trying to change channels, my t.v. displayed ''no signal'' and then shut itself off. Now, when I turn it on, it says no signal and turns itself off after a few seconds.

Turn the television on and as soon as the screen turns on repeatily press the input button or change the input to whatever input you are using from a source device. As long as you change it to anything other than RGB.

Your television is essentially a big computer monitor with multiple inputs and a tuner. When using your computer and shutting it down the monitor will go in a power save mode. You don't need to shut off your monitor due to this power saving mode. When you power up your computer your monitor automatically turn on.

With the VIZIO and the RGB (computer) input the television will act just like a computer monitor. When you have a computer connected it will power down automatically when you shut off your computer. When you turn your computer on the VIZIO will automatically come out of standby mode. This is through RGB only.

This is normal operation for the VIZIO but can see confusing when nothing is connected to the RGB input. If you change your television input to RGB it will sense no signal on the input and will go into standby mode after about 5 - 10 seconds. If you were to send a signal to the television through RGB it would automatically kick on.
