Question about RCA M4208 MP3 Player
When the player keeps saying "initializing" perform as next:
Step 1: Disconnect your Player
Step 2: Reset your Player
Press and hold the POWER button for 10 seconds
Step 3: Hold down the PLAY key on your Player and connect it to the PC via a USB cable.
Step 4: Release the PLAY key when a progress bar and text, "initializing" appears on the Players display. If you cannot see the "initializing" text, please disconnect your Player and try again.

This player needs at least 50MB of free space on it to properly initialize and create the internal database. Make sure there is at least that much space available and then try to power it on again.
