There is no such thing as a schematic for motherboards; if there was one that wasn't proprietary, it would be about the size of your living room, there are literally millions of components involved.
The best you are likely to find is a block diagram of the board with a few discrete components shown such as capacitors a a backup battery.
The board layouts are generally available from the board mfr.s and your motherboard probably was not designed or made by Dell.
If the board is in a working unit, you can download Belarc Advisor (free) which will give you excruciating details about your system, including the board mfr. and model number:

If the board isn't functional, Dell might tell you who made the board or there may be a manual available for the system that contains this info.
