On OCT 6 2009 I was charged $68.16 on my Visa card for a renewal of Norton annual renewal 877-294-52. I did not authorize this. I would like a credit issued to my Visa . How can I go about this?

You'll have to report the charge to your card issuer and request for a charge-back.
