Hi what kind of windows you are running, win xp, win 98, win vista, etc, i will recomend some spy removal as SPYSEEPER you can get it for free for about 30 days, you need it once. go to a friends house and get it from here http://www.webroot.com/En_US/consumer-products.html try to use a cd in stead a floppy nad just installed running windows. an alternative FREE anti virus and anti spyware is avast you can get it here http://files.avast.com/files/latest/avast_home_setup.exe
any of this two apps will run in windows and they will remove the porn ads and will go back to normal.
to use command line MS DOS is a little more conplicated so i will recommend use my links for click by click instructions. good luck
