Question about Computers & Internet
Well not really, you need to buy the proper cable depending on the inputs of your tv, it may have the standar VGA connection as the standar pc monitor.
DVI to VGA cable
DVI to DVI
HDMI to DVI
HDMI to HDMI
after you have the proper cable just plug it, and turn it off, disconnect the standar computer minitor and turn it back on. the computer will set the input signal from the tv by itself.
thats for the video, for the audio you need a different cable
3.5 mm to RCA (white and red cable)
3.5 mm to 3.5mm headphonejack cable
but if you are using the HDMI to HDMI you don't need a sound cable.
