When does an expert answer? I just signed up and no response? Where do I get the response or answer?

My understanding was when I signed up with fixya the cost would be $5.00 a month. I just asked a question and you charged me another $6.00 Why?


Hmm.. you shouldnt of clicked ask a expert thats when they charge you. If you just submit your answer and dont click on ask a expert its free. I actually got $5 put into my account when I signed up.
