Time to clean out the carburetor. It sounds like the needle valve is not opening, the jet is clogged, or the float is miss adjusted. May have a clogged fuel filter, allowing enough gas to start but not enough flow to keep it going.
Good Day.

Engine starts & runs at idle. Dies when switched to RUN & wont accelerate.

Sounds like its a fueling issue. With small tool 2 stroke engines when you pull the throttle you actually increase the amount of air the carb gets. In turn, this rush of air through the venturi of the carb draws more fuel into the cylinder. If your engine is cutting out or wont accelerate this is generally because the engine is either getting too much fuel or not enough for the fuel/air mix to burn effectively. It could also be air getting into the fueling system by means of a damaged fuel line or carb diaphragm. By all means clean the carbon from the exhaust and clean the air filter, they can only help the running of the engine. Hope this is of some help.

My 1999 the engine keeps just shut off while driving down the road the engine keeps turning but wont crank I put some engine starter in the carb.and it tried to start.could it be the fuel pump

if it was the fuel pump engine should start with starter spray at least for a second or two, so, it sounds like your fuel pump is bad.
turn ignition to run and try hearing the pump run.

Engine stalled out, would not start, pour gas in carb, cranks, keeps running, until idle falls below 12to1500rpm,than stalls out again and will not crank, repeat gas or starting fluid in carb, cranks runs and...

This truck is fuel injected, the problem sounds like a weak fuelpump, it runs when you pour gas into it until that gas runs out, the first thing is to test the fuel preasure, if the pump is weak it may run with gas poured into it but wont idle, also a common problem is the coolant temp sensor and the ground wires to thermostat housing bolt but i wont bet its the pump inside the fuel tank, if you put a fuel gauge on it there should be at least 55-61 psi if its a few pounds lower it can cause problems, you have everything else and it runs with gas poured so its a fuel problem check the preasure, theres a valve up top on the fuel line to connect a fuel gauge to it, start there hope this is helpful.

Wont. start, engine turns over, but no fuel is getting to carb.

Fill Your tank with gas and bypass the fuel pump running a fuel tube directly to the carbs from the lower tank. If the bike runs you probably need a new fuel pump.

My 2002 avalanche wont stay running and idles very rough when it does start, service engine light came on.

I would start by seeing what the fuel pressure is, the vortech motors require 60-65# . If you don't have access to a fuel pressure gage you may be able to determine if it's getting enough fuel by spraying carb cleaner into the intake. Try to keep the truck running by shooting short blasts of the carb. cleaner into the intake. If you can keep it running you have either a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.

How to adjust the carborator on a cs30 Trimmer will not keep running unless full throtal

check make sure air filter is clean. solution #1.
Odds are the carb is dirty inside, if it is you wont be able to adjust it.
Most older engines have 2 adjusting screws one is marked with a letter H for max RPM and the other is marked with the letter L for Idle or low RPM
try adjusting the screw with the letter L, this is the low speed screw which is regulates the idle. while the engine is running screw it in 1/8 of a turn at the first adjustment and see if that helps if it gets better keeping adjusting it in until it reaches the normal idle, if you screw it in to much it wont take the fuel when you try to accelerate the engine. If this does not work adjust it the other direction. Newer engines have only one adjusting screw which makes it simpler. If it can't be adjusted out to where it runs suitable you will need to disassemble the carb and replace the screen strainer and possibly the diaphram. Check make sure the fuel line inside the tank broken away from the fuel filter as this will cause the carb to get trash in it. In that case you may need a new fuel line if it has deteratiated too much.

1985 Chev Celebrity wont stay running

The filter you chg. an inline filter? Is there a filter in the carb.where fuel line connects, some had a brass screan in the carb. you can chk. the fuel pressure without it running, just unhook line at carb. put it into a plastic bottle or something to catch it and have someone turn engine over if it squirts out good thats enought for it to run they only put out about 6 to 8 lbs. of pressure. I don't think that solenoid would keep it from running, when it will run on either. but maybe if you unplug it and see what happens. It suunds to me to be a fuel dilivery problem, either something restricting the flow to carb. or you got a bad pump.
