Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
My printer is not able to print black from newly replaced color and black catridges. I had to use dark olive color to get near black for my purpose. I tried all the maintenance tasks. In the test print also I was unable to get the "K" part that refers to the black.
Prior to this replacement I used only black cartidge (non-Canon) with near empty color catridge. When I found the black catridge did not last long I got this pair(non-Canon). I am clueless. The printer is behaving as if the black cartridge is not there!
Appreciate your answer
Strongly suggest you use canon cartridges - have found all others to be rubbish
